Cancellation Policy

Important: A valid card on file is required to secure your appointment. Please read this policy carefully to avoid any unexpected charges. In the event of a last minute cancellation, late arrival, or last minute appointment, your card will be charged for applicable fees as outlined below. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. 1️⃣Canceling 48 Hours or More Before Your Appointment: You can cancel or reschedule without losing your deposit. Just let me know at least 48 hours in advance and pick a new date and time online. Your deposit will carry over to the new appointment. 2️⃣Canceling 24–48 Hours Before Your Appointment: You’ll lose your deposit but won’t be charged a No-Show fee. You can reschedule by booking a new appointment online, depending on availability. 3️⃣Canceling Less Than 24 Hours or Not Showing Up: You’ll lose your deposit and be charged the full amount for your missed appointment to the card on file. 4️⃣Running Late: If you’re more than 15 minutes late, a $25 late fee will be charged to the card on file, along with the balance for your service. If you’re more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee (100% of the service) will apply. See squeeze-in Policy. 5️⃣Squeeze-In Policy A $65 Squeeze-In Fee will be added if you book an appointment outside of the regular online scheduling system. Squeeze-ins fit around other appointments, so they aren’t guaranteed exact times but allow me to accommodate you. The $65 fee applies no matter how long the service takes, similar to an overtime charge. Plan Ahead: I can’t promise to work around last-minute time issues. Help me help you by scheduling ahead! If you’re flexible, I’ll do our best to make it work for you.
