Booking Appointments: For your convenience, appointments can be booked online. This allows you to select available services and times that suit your schedule.

Deposits:

Non-Refundable: All deposits are non-refundable.

Transferable: Deposits can be transferred if you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Payment Methods:

Card on File: A valid card on file is required to secure your appointment. This card will be charged for any applicable fees, including late cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals.

Remaining Balance: The remaining balance for your service, after the deposit, is due at the time of your appointment. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and cash.
Cancellation Policy:

48 Hours or More Before Appointment: Cancel or reschedule without losing your deposit.

24–48 Hours Before Appointment: Deposit forfeited; no additional fees. With need to rebook with deposit.

Less Than 24 Hours or No-Show: Deposit forfeited; full service amount charged.

Late Arrivals: Over 15 minutes late incurs a $25 fee; over 20 minutes may require rescheduling with a full-service charge.
Squeeze-In Appointments: A $65 fee applies for appointments booked outside the regular online system. These are accommodated around existing bookings and are not guaranteed exact times.
