• Solo Appointments: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, please come to your appointment alone.

• Timeliness: We offer a 14-minute grace period. Arriving later will result in a $25 late fee.

• Hair Preparation: Ensure your hair is fully detangled from root to end before arrival.

• Service Inclusions: All services include a complimentary wash and dry.

• Enhance Your Experience: You can now select add-on services during the booking process to personalize your visit.

Deposits and Cancellations:

• Deposits: A deposit is required to secure your appointment; this amount will be applied toward your service total.

• Cancellation Policy: We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
